Watch: Zac Efron & Seth Rogen Battle in New Full 'Neighbors' Trailer

It's brothers versus a father and mother in the new full theatrical trailer for Neighbors, the new comedy from director Nicholas Stoller (Forgetting Sarah Marshall). Seth Rogen and Rose Byrne are a seemingly boring sort of couple settling in with their new baby, but then a fraternity led by Zac Efron moves next door and all hell breaks loose, inciting a war. There's some great new bits here that weren't in the first red band trailer, including a hilarious appearance from Hannibal Buress as a cop called to keep the next door noise in control. Who would have thought pairing Efron with Rogen would be so rewarding?

Neighbors is directed by Nicholas Stoller (Forgetting Sarah Marshall, Get Him to the Greek, The Muppets) with a script from Andrew J. Cohen and Brendan O'Brien (producers of Funny People). In the film a young couple (Seth Rogen and Rose Byrne) suffering from arrested development are forced to live next to a rowdy and obnoxious fraternity house after the birth of their newborn baby. Zac Efron, Dave Franco and Christopher Mintz-Plasse all play frat boys and Lisa Kudrow and Jake Johnson also have supporting roles in the Universal Pictures comedy that's slated to hit theaters next summer on May 9th, 2014. I dont really care for Seth Rogen, hes not funny.........BUT, he always seems to get great supporting actors who steal the show. So with that said, i'll check it out when its on cable.

That air bag gag might be overexposed by the time the movie comes out. Hopefully they won't repeat it too much in the movie. Looks funny. I want Zac Efron to steal the show.
